We offer tenant screening and placement without an upfront cost to you. You only pay when you receive the first month's rent and a security deposit.  We screen potential tenants, show your property and present to you qualified tenant profiles as soon as they are available.  Rest assured, we perform due diligence during the screening process.  We check criminal history, verify employment, examine tenancy track record and contact references.  We also perform a credit check (with applicant permission) and determine history of eviction.  We understand the importance of protecting your investment and always methodically approach the investigation of each tenancy application. We maintain a potential tenant database and will attempt to match one of these tenants with your property. If we are unable to find a match within our tenant profiles, we will agressively market your property using the internet, signage, advertisements and other methods.  We post attractive digital photographs to showcase your property's features. We offer this service, which includes a marketing package by a qualified agent, without an upfront cost to you. In fact, this service is included in the tenancy placement fee which is only paid once you receive your first month's rent and security deposit.
