Many owners today simply do not have the time

This could involve monthly and year end reports only, or all aspects of day to day management. Fees are discounted depending on the services you do or don't require. Our fees are generally as follows:
Single Family Home - 6-8% Gross Monthly Rent
Multiple Apt Units - 4-6 % Gross Monthly Rent
Tenant Screening & Placement
We offer tenant screening and placement without an upfront cost to you. You only pay when you receive the first month's rent and a security deposit. We screen potential tenants, show your property and present to you qualified tenant profiles as soon as they are available. Rest assured, we perform due diligence during the screening process. We check criminal history, verify employment, examine tenancy track record and contact references. We also perform a credit check (with applicant permission) and determine history of eviction.
